I am a personal trainer in the Chicago area.
Fitness has always played a very important role in my life. I pursued a career as a Personal Trainer so I could share my passion with others. My philosophy is simple— an efficient and effective fitness routine will maximize the positive impact of exercise.
Thorough investigation has taught me what fitness can do for the body and how to eliminate the unnecessary stress caused by poor technique. I completed an extensive education of the muscular-skeletal system during my graduate studies in Kinesiology. I use my training to show clients the most efficient and structurally sound means of improving their fitness.
There is no “one size fits all” approach to helping people look and feel better. I work closely with my clients to develop programs that increase strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, reduce body fat, and most importantly, improve self-image and confidence. The workout programs are catered to address client’s needs to increase functionality for the activities of daily life. A great fitness program is life changing— the right Personal Trainer is essential.
